Shipping FAQ

Due to Covid-19, order processing times have been extended and our shipping schedule is limited. Please contact us if you need your order for any type of deadline.

Our current order processing time is 3-5 days - this is before we hand off your package to the shipping carrier.

We refund shipping overcharges

Shipping pottery can be complicated... more complicated than you would think and more complicated than we would like. Lol.

There is a margin of error - and it only increases as you add more items to your order or include larger items in your order. If the shipping charges calculated at checkout turn out to be higher than the actual cost (which we will know once we pack and ship your order), we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.

We Ship Via USPS and UPS

You have the option to select your preferred shipping carrier at checkout. Please note that USPS tends to offer a better rate on smaller orders in nearby shipping zones and UPS is more economical for larger orders that have to travel further.

If we notice a significant price difference between the method you chose, we may contact you to confirm. We really do want to help make shipping as affordable as possible for you!
